Battle Venue is a skill-based mobile esports competition platform. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to follow all applicable laws and platform rules.

Eligibility

Battle Venue is intended for users aged 18 years or older. You must provide accurate account information and keep your account details up to date.

Skill-Based Competition Only

Battle Venue hosts skill-based esports competitions, missions, rankings, and community activities. Betting, wagering, gambling, games of chance, and similar activities are not allowed on the platform.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for activity under your account, including tournament registrations, profile updates, submitted content, and reward requests. Do not share access to your account or impersonate another player.

Fair Play

Players must compete fairly and follow tournament rules, room rules, mission requirements, and anti-cheat standards. Cheating, automation, multi-account abuse, manipulated screenshots, account selling, harassment, or fraudulent behavior may lead to disqualification, reward cancellation, suspension, or permanent removal.

Rewards and Redemptions

Battle Venue may offer credits, player rewards, leaderboard recognition, or promotional items. Reward requests are subject to review, eligibility checks, fraud checks, stock limits, tournament verification, and platform policy compliance. Battle Venue may reject, delay, cancel, or reverse requests that violate policy or appear abusive.

Content and Conduct

You may not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or harmful content. Submitted player names, screenshots, profile details, and community interactions must remain respectful and suitable for a competitive gaming community.

Platform Availability

Battle Venue may update, pause, limit, or discontinue tournaments, missions, features, rankings, or reward options at any time to protect platform integrity, improve operations, or comply with legal and advertising requirements.

Suspension and Termination

Battle Venue may suspend or terminate access, remove entries, restrict redemptions, or disable accounts when users violate platform rules, create security risks, disrupt community safety, or misuse competition systems.

Limitation

Battle Venue is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific tournament outcomes, or continuous access to every feature.
