Refunds or reversals may be considered when an event is cancelled by the platform, a technical issue prevents participation, or an administrative error affects a valid player entry.

Refunds are not guaranteed for missed participation, rule violations, inaccurate player details, fair play violations, or rejected reward requests caused by incomplete or misleading information.

Battle Venue may place a request under review while verifying tournament records, screenshots, account activity, and policy compliance.

All decisions are made to preserve competition integrity and platform safety.
